Seller Hub plan questions
Are Seller Hub plans the same as Marketplace Management?
No. Seller Hub memberships provide community access, tools, research and intelligence. Marketplace Management is a separate hands-on service where ProFulfil manages agreed marketplace activities on your behalf.
Can I cancel Premium at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your Premium dashboard. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Do unused Premium research requests roll over?
No. Research request allowances apply to each billing period and do not currently roll over into the next period.
When will Pro and Business be available?
Pro and Business are being developed as the connected-intelligence stage of Seller Hub. You can register your interest now and we will provide further information as supported features become available.
Does connecting a store mean ProFulfil manages it?
No. Connected-store functionality is intended to provide seller data, reporting and intelligence. Hands-on store or marketplace management is provided separately through our Marketplace Management service.
What is Bespoke Intelligence?
Bespoke Intelligence covers research outside standard Seller Hub allowances, including manufacturer and supplier research, sourcing, markets, trade intelligence, seller datasets and custom product research.
