• Growth – 2 shelves, up to 150 orders/month, priority admin (£895/month + £125 onboarding)
   
• HQ – 6 shelves, up to 400 orders/month, dedicated admin & priority operations (£1,650/month + £175 onboarding)
   

Bundles include pick & pack, order dispatch (shipping charged separately), and returns processing.

  Yes. You can subscribe only for fulfilment or only for admin if you don’t want the full bundle.

 Absolutely. You can move between bundles or adjust your services as your business grows. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades may require notice at the end of the billing cycle. 

• Extra orders are billed per order at fair rates depending on your bundle.
   
• Additional shelves or storage can be added for an extra monthly fee.
   
• We can advise if moving to a higher bundle is more cost-effective.

 No. Our services are month-to-month subscriptions. A minimum subscription period may apply to protect onboarding investment.
