We manage your daily order fulfilment and inventory management so you can focus on selling. Our UK storage solutions ensure fast and accurate order picking, professional packing, and prompt dispatch of orders. 

extra charge will enquire for  items requiring protective wrapping (bubble wrap, tissue paper) or fragile handling. 

We also charge a small fee of £0.20 per label printing however your welcome to provide us with your labels and packaging.

We offer secure shelf-based storage solutions size "90cm x 40cm"  Max weight per shelf: 25kg - 30kg  in the UK, perfect for small to medium online sellers looking for efficient inventory management. 

Shelf rental starts from £23 per month, making it ideal for eBay, Etsy, Shopify, and independent sellers. Our premises are clean, secure, and monitored, ensuring peace of mind for your stock. With easy stock management and no long-term contracts, you can enjoy flexible order fulfilment.

 We Charge a small fee of ( £10–£15 per delivery) to receive, check, and shelve your new stock. 

There's also a charge for returns handling of £1.50 - £2.00, we  Inspect  item's for damage or use

Our packaging is tailored to your products, ensuring effective order fulfilment. We offer a variety of boxes, mailers, and protective materials to suit your inventory management needs. Packaging is charged per order (typically £1–£2) or more depending on size and destination. 

We provide physical return processing for items sent back to our facility, including:

• Receiving returned items
• Visual inspection for condition
• Stock status updates
• Repackaging and restocking (where applicable)
• Notification to the client

All returns are handled by ProFulfil staff within normal working hours.

Returns are charged per item and are not included in any subscription bundle unless explicitly stated.

• Standard return processing: £3.00 per item
  (receive, inspect, update system)
• Return with repack & restock: £5.00 per item
  (inspection, repackaging, shelf restocking)
• Damaged or non-resale items: £3.00 handling fee

Return shipping costs are not included and are charged separately at carrier cost if arranged by ProFulfil.
